High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) A combination of cardio and strength training that will get your heart rate up, and challenge you to mentally stay strong and focused during active strength "rest". Recommended equipment: 1 lighter set of weights (3-5 lbs) 1 heavier set of weights (10-15 lbs) Can also use soup cans, water jugs, reusable bags filled with stuff around the house. I always give modifications for bodyweight.
